TICKETSTATION S.r.l., operating under the registered trademark TOURISTATION, is a company specializing in the production, organization, and promotion of tourism services.

The company owns and operates the travel agency “Touristation”, headquartered in Rome at Piazza Ara Coeli 16, and authorized by the Lazio Region under license GR403758 dated 01/08/2016 (VAT No. 13825051009).

The corporate structure was previously owned by Holding Andalo S.r.l. and Itinerando S.r.l., and operated within a business network alongside Visit Rome S.r.l., a company belonging to the same group (license No. 219396).

Touristation and Visit Rome are connected through a registered network agreement (registration No. 5848, collection 4195, registered in Rome on 22/12/2022, No. 42158).

In August 2025, Big Bus Tours, the world’s largest operator of open-top sightseeing experiences, acquired Touristation, marking a strategic milestone in its expansion towards a multi-experience offering across iconic destinations.

The acquisition enables both companies’ customers to benefit from an integrated network of services, combining high-traffic, on-the-ground points of sale with a comprehensive platform for sightseeing and attractions. This integration simplifies trip planning and booking, while enhancing the overall travel experience in Rome.

This transaction represents a landmark moment in Big Bus Tours’ evolution into a multi-experience operator, offering travelers a wider range of ways to discover the world’s most iconic cities.
