The Company reserves the right to cancel a tour without prior notice beyond our control (including but not limited to terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man made eventuality outside of our control) with the only obligation of reimbursing the cost of the tour.
The Company reserves the right to cancel a tour without prior notice beyond our control (including but not limited to terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or manmade eventuality outside of our control) with the only obligation of reimbursing the cost of the tour.
PRICES: The prices of the tours may be modified in the event of unforeseen increases in the cost of services.
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND LIABILITY: TICKETSTATION reserves the right to cancel a tour without prior notice due to reasons beyond our control with the only obligation of reimbursing the cost of the tour (Art. 10 of the International Convention relating to tour contracts, C.C.V. of April 23/1970 notified by law no. 1084 of 27.12.1977). In the event of unforeseen schedule or itinerary changes beyond our control, we reserve the right to give no reimbursement for the money paid. We are not responsible for any loss of personal items which are left on our tour buses, or for any damage caused by third parties to personal items or to clients during the tours. We are also not responsible for partial or total closure of museums, monuments or churches, delays or irregularities caused by third parties.
Penalty charges for cancellations will be applied as follows:
Cancellation of tour less than 72 hours prior to the date – 100% penalty.
No-Show – 100% Penalty
CUSTOMER CARE: Clients must notify TICKETSTATION in writing any complaints regarding the tours or services taken as well as any complaints regarding the organisation itself or its’ failure to provide any aspect included in the tour/service description. All complaints should be made in writing to info@ticketstation.it no more than 10 days after the date of the tour/service.
