Learn how to make the dough with the original recipe of Italian homemade pasta, from the flour to the cutting. Discover all the secrets and then enjoy a typical Roman menu for lunch or dinner with a good glass of wine in the heart of Rome.
Small groups of up to 10 people

The Cooking class includes:
Single station for each participant, including the work plan in wood, apron and a rolling pin.
Theoretical and practical lesson on the dough working, from the ingredients to the choice of the cut, choosing among the various types learnt (ex. Fettuccine).
