Dear Navigator, in this section you can find information on how to manage the site and the data that are collected during navigation, pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003.

INFORMATION FOR THE COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA ENETERD BY THE USER IN THE CONTACT FORM.

Through the application form you can contact the Company. The insertion of data and the sending of the consultation form constitutes acceptance and consent to the processing of your data in the terms and in the following ways.

All personal data (name and surname, telephone number, email) will be used in accordance with Legislative Decree 196/2003.

The information and personal data provided in the contact form will be processed with computerized tools (such as computers and laptops) located at the company’s headquarters and may be incorporated into paper media for the following purposes:

  • provide feedback to this request;
  • in the event of acceptance of the assignment, to provide the subsequent advisory activity or the provision of the service and send informative communications;
  • to fulfil the obligations provided by law (for example in tax matters or at the request of the authorities);
  • for commercial and strategic and operational marketing purposes (if authorized);
  • The choice to contact the Company through the contact form can be freely activated by the user, however, in the event of failure or partial provision of information, the Company will not be able to correctly comply with the request, nor will it be able to proceed with the management of the relationship. The provision of such data is therefore mandatory.

The provision of data for commercial and strategic and operational marketing purposes is not mandatory and can be revoked at any time by means of a specific communication of will forwarded to the company.

The data will be processed exclusively within the Company, by dedicated personnel. In no case will the data be transferred abroad or communicated to third parties without the consent of the data subject, without prejudice to legal obligations.

All data provided will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill contractual and legal obligations, after which they will be deleted.

Pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy Code the interested party can ask for information about the existence or not of personal data concerning him and their communication. In particular, it may obtain the indication of the origin of the data, the purposes and methods of processing, the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the help of electronic tools, the identification details of the owner and the managers and of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them.

In addition, the data subject may exercise the following rights:

  • Request updating, rectification or, when you are interested, integration of data;
  • Ask for the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
  • Obtain proof that the previous transactions have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where such performance proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
  • Object for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if it is relevant to the purpose of the collection.

NAVIGATION DATA AND COOKIES

During navigation are collected and treated data whose transmission is implicit in the use of web communication protocols or is necessary for site optimization (e.g. IP addresses, domain names, etc.); statistical and temporal navigation data to understand how visitors interact with the website to monitor and improve its functioning (e.g. number of visits, persistence on pages, etc.); the activity of navigation on the site constitutes acceptance and consent to the processing of data in the terms and methods below.

All data is collected anonymously, without identifying individual visitors, however such data may, alone or in combination with other elements, allow to draw personal information or identify individual users, where revised with specific procedures (for example by the Authorities in the event of the commission of crimes or misuse of computers).

For the operation of the site are used cookies, that is information transmitted from the server to the user’s computer to optimize navigation. The user can always disable cookies by changing the settings of the browser he uses, but this can slow down or change the access to the site itself. The session cookies used on this site avoid the use of other IT techniques potentially harmful to the confidentiality of users' navigation and do not allow the acquisition of personal data identifying the user. Furthermore, session cookies are not permanently installed on the user’s PC and are deleted when the browser is closed.

The data is processed through the use of Google Analitycs. This service uses independent analysis procedures and monitoring systems. All the material that forms this site, electronic communications before and after their receipt and navigation data are stored on the servers of the company Aruba s.p.a.. The data collected will be processed on these servers and on the computer devices located in the study.
