- The confirmed reservation implies tacit acceptance of these Terms.
- The customer is responsible, at the time of purchase, for correctly entering their first name, last name and selecting the appropriate ticket type. The personal details must match exactly those shown on the identity document that will be presented in original form at the park entrance. The ticket category must be chosen based on the customer’s age on the day of the visit and as indicated on the identity document. In case of errors made by the customer during the booking process, the Tour Operator cannot be held responsible for any denied access to the Archaeological Park decided by the competent authorities, and no refund will be issued.
- The time indicated on the purchase voucher refers to the time of presentation at the Touristation Office.
- An original identity document must be presented along with the access ticket for all participants.
- It is prohibited to bring firearms or sharp objects, glass bottles, alcoholic beverages, aerosols, large luggage or bags, animals, and drones.
- For security reasons, all visitors and their luggage will be checked.
- The archaeological area of the Colosseum offers free entry to individuals with disabilities and one accompanying family member or caregiver who can demonstrate their affiliation with social-health assistance services.
- Assistance will be provided by the dedicated Touristation staff at the entrance of the Roman Forum.
- Due to force majeure, the offer may be adjusted based on the event.
- Cancellation policy: This activity is non-refundable. Once the reservation has been made, no changes can be applied.
- The name entered must exactly match the one shown on the identity document. In the event of a mismatch, access control checks may deny entry to the Archaeological Park

Do I need to visit the Forum and Palatine Hill before the Colosseum?
Yes. Our staff will accompany you to a less crowded entrance of the Roman Forum, where your visit will begin. After approximately 2 hours exploring the Forum and Palatine Hill at your own pace, you will then enter the Colosseum at your scheduled time.
