Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the visit date. The fee also applies on the first Sunday of the month.
Free access is granted to: Residents of the Municipality of Rome or the Metropolitan City (a valid ID must be shown at the access control); Children under 6 years of age; People with disabilities and one accompanying person; Licensed tourist guides (a valid guide license must be shown at the access control); Holders of a valid Roma MIC Card. All documents granting free admission must be presented at the ticket office. If the eligibility requirements are not met, the ticket must be purchased.

Yes. This experience includes an official access ticket that lets you enter the regulated viewing area right in front of the fountain and admire it up close. Simply viewing the fountain from the piazza above remains free, but to descend to the steps and be nearer to the monument you need this access.
