- Collect your official tickets at the Touristation Office any time between 09:30 and 15:00.
- It is forbidden to bring bottles, glasses containers, alcoholic beverages, aerosols, large luggage or bags and pets.
- Free admission to all disabled visitors with a certified disability of more than 74%. In case of not self-sufficient, the free ticket is also extended to a companion.
